GovernMax.com Completes RecordMax Web site
for Osceola County
KALAMAZOO, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 26, 2000--Manatron, Inc.
(Nasdaq:MANA) today announced that its GovernMax.com division has
completed the installation of RecordMax for the Recorder's Office
of Florida's Osceola County. By going to http://osceola.governmax.com/recordmax,
users can save time and a trip to Osceola County government offices
by accessing online 1.6 million county documents, such as deeds,
mortgages, military service discharge and marriage licenses. Part
of suburban Orlando, Osceola County has approximately 166,000 residents
and includes the cities of Kissimmee and St. Cloud.
Larry Whaley, Clerk of Circuit and County Courts for Osceola County,
commented, "We are very pleased to be launching new methods for
citizens to access county official records which save both time
and taxpayers' money. By providing Internet access to these records,
people will no longer need to complete their business in person
or by mail."

online. The CollectMax site is expected to be online in November
and the CourtMax site is scheduled to be up in 2001.
