GovernMax.com Completes RecordMax Web site for Osceola County

KALAMAZOO, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 26, 2000--Manatron, Inc. (Nasdaq:MANA) today announced that its GovernMax.com division has completed the installation of RecordMax for the Recorder's Office of Florida's Osceola County. By going to http://osceola.governmax.com/recordmax, users can save time and a trip to Osceola County government offices by accessing online 1.6 million county documents, such as deeds, mortgages, military service discharge and marriage licenses. Larry Whaley, Clerk of Circuit and County Courts for Osceola County, commented, "We are very pleased to be launching new methods for citizens to access county official records which save both time and taxpayers' money. By providing Internet access to these records, people will no longer need to complete their business in person or by mail."

GovernMax.com's managing director Robert Fry said, "Osceola County is the first to implement our RecordMax Internet software, which incorporates the same technologies used by our other Internet software solutions. We are continuing to expand our Internet software suite in order to address local government's growing demand for e-government solutions."

GovernMax.com is also installing CollectMax for the county's Tax Collector's Office to allow online payment of property taxes as well as CourtMax, which offers court docket and scheduling information online. The CollectMax site is expected to be online in November and the CourtMax site is scheduled to be up in 2001.
